Gyaneshwar (Bapu) Parjane elected as vice Chairman of Kolhe cooperative sugar factory

Gnyaneshwar (Bapu) Bhagwanta Parjane was unanimously elected Vice Chairman of the Sahakarmaharshi Shankarrao Kolhe Cooperative Sugar Factory in Kopargaon, Maharashtra, during elections held on Thursday, reports Indian Cooperative.

Parjane was felicitated and congratulated on his new role in the presence of Bipindada Kolhe, Chairman of the Sanjeevani Group of Industries, and Vivek Kolhe, Director of IFFCO and Chairman of the Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Kolhe Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana.

The outgoing Vice Chairman, Rajendra Kolpe, was also honoured for his services and contributions to the cooperative sugar factory during his tenure.

The election process was carried out under the supervision of Sanjay Gonde, Regional Joint Director (Sugar) from Ahilyanagar, who served as the Returning Officer. He was assisted by Umesh Kulkarni during the proceedings.

Several senior leaders, members of the board, and officials were present at the event, which was marked by strong participation and support from the cooperative’s leadership.
