Amroha, Uttar Pradesh: The Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) held a monthly meeting at the Mandi Samiti in Amroha on Monday. BKU Block President Kale Singh said that the capacity of the Shahkari sugar mill has not increased despite the announcement of the Chief Minister, reported Live Hindustan.
He demanded that the crushing season of the sugar mill to be started by October 20.
The meeting was presided over by Rajpal Singh Mukhiya and conducted by Kale Singh. Sheshpal Singh, Sita Arya, Asha Devi, Chanda Devi, Sanjeev Baliyan, Brijpal Singh, Pradip, Mahavir Singh Chauhan, Lokesh, and Rakesh Singh were present.
