Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh: Following the warning issued by the state government, the sugar mills from the Ayodhya region have cleared 100 per cent of cane dues for the crushing season 2020-21.
According to the news report published in Livehindustan.com, the administration had asked the sugar mills to clear the pending cane dues to the farmers on a priority basis and the millers followed the instruction.
Deputy sugarcane commissioner Harpal Sinh said the survey of the area under cane cultivation for 2021-22 has been completed by the department.
