BKU asks sugar mills to start operations this month only

Rahra, Amroha (Uttar Pradesh): BKU office bearers have demanded that the sugar mills should start operations by October 25. The demand was raised in the meeting organized at their office on Sunday afternoon. They have threatened to launch an agitation if the mills fail to start operations by October end.

According to the news report published in LiveHindustan.com, Tehsil President Thakur Mahesh Singh said, “The sugar mills in the region should start operations by October 25 and also they should clear the pending cane arrears before starting the operations.”
