Malaysia-based businessman eyes to reopen Majhola sugar mill

Pilibhit: A Malaysia-based businessman has shown interest in reviving the closed cooperative sugar mill at Majhola, reports Amar Ujala. He along with his team reviewed machineries of the sugar mill on Sunday.

The businessman identified as Raghuvede Kundan interacted with DM Pravin Kumar Lakshkar and figured out the amount required to revive the sugar mill.

He is the chairperson of the Pupil of Indian Origin Chamber of Commerce and Industry Malaysia.

According to the media report, he was informed that for Rs 600 crore investment would be required for the revival of sugar mill.
