Mumbai: Sensex today on March 5, 2020 opened high. BSE was trading 191.75 points higher at 38,601.23. Similarly, Nifty was trading 49.25 points high at 11,300.25.
At 10:13 AM, BSE was trading at 38,509.24. Similarly, Nifty was trading at 11,274.40.
HUL, HCL Tech, Tata Steel, Nestle India, TCS and Asian Paints were the top gainers, while ICICI Bank, L&T, PowerGrid, NTPC and Reliance Industries were among the top losers
On the currency front, the rupee depreciated marginally to 73.45 against the US dollar in morning session.
