Naraingarh sugar mill to start operations from November 25

Ambala: Amid the agitation of cane farmers over pending cane dues from the Naraingarh sugar mill, it has been announced that the mill will start operations from November 25.

However the recent meeting organised between farmers, mill administration remained inconclusive over the payment of pending cane dues. The farmers have given a deadline of October 4 to the government to take a decision on their pending cane dues or they will launch an agitation from October 5.

According to the news report published in The Times of India, after the meeting, Naraingarh SDM Niraj announced that operations at the sugar mill will commence from November 25 and expenses to run the mill will be bear by the owner.
