Bagpat: Jayant Chaudhary, National vice president of RLD, has launched a scathing attack against government over pending sugarcane arrears. He took the issue on micro-blogging site Twitter. In a tweet, he asked for the release of pending cane arrears.
Party has asked sugar mills to release the pending sugarcane dues. Farmers say the festival season is around the corner, and they are facing a financial crisis and unable to meet their daily needs.
Also, following the tweet by RLD and sugarcane farmers, the hashtag गन्ना_भुगतान_करो was trending on Twitter.
