In Uttar Pradesh State, 119 sugar mills began sugarcane crushing. As on 11/03/2020 7439.23lakh quintals of cane has been crushed and 828.30 lakh quintals have been produced with a recovery rate of 11.13% with B-heavy and without B-heavy – 11.55%
