AAP to contest 2022 UP Assembly elections

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party will fight 2022 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh to make it a developed state. The announcement was made by the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday.

Addressing a press conference, he said, “Our priority is to make UP a developed state. The state does not have good hospitals and schools. People are facing frequent power cuts in the state.”

According to the media reports, AAP will seek votes on Delhi model of governance and party is confident of performing well in the upcoming assembly elections.

Kejariwal had fought the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Varanasi against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and secured the second-highest number of votes.
