Seohara, Uttar Pradesh: Awadh sugar mill held Puja for the upcoming crushing season.
Sukhbir Singh, executive president of the sugar mill, said that crushing season will be started from October 29. He informed that his sugar mill has also been at the forefront in terms of payment.
Many sugar mills in the region are also all set to commence the season. But few mills have yet not cleared the cane dues. Therefore cane growers have demanded to clear the arrears before starting the season.
