Bajpur: Sugarcane farmers associated with the Bajpur sugar mill have received all the pending cane dues as the government has taken up the step in clearing their dues.
According to the news report published in Jagran.com, Prakash Chandra, chief manager of the sugar mill said that the mill received assistance from the government to help clear the cane dues. We managed to garner assistance from the government and mobilized money from our resources and cleared cane dues worth Rs 51.92 crore to the cane farmers.
“We thank the Uttarakhand government for assisting us to clear the pending cane dues of the sugarcane farmers. We assure the government that there will not be any problem in future to clear the cane dues of farmers,” he said.
