Bangladesh: Sugarcane farmers protest against closure of sugar mill

The sugarcane farmers and workers have launched a protest in front of the mill’s gate against its closure. The agitators blocked the Pabna-Ishwardi road as a protest against the government’s decision to suspend sugarcane crushing in Pabna sugar mills for the on-going season.
