Bihar assembly election 2020: Demand to start closed sugar mills

Motihari, Bihar: Opposition leader Tejaswi Yadav attacked government alleging that they failed to revive the closed sugar mills as promised in the previous election. Yadav organized a series of rallies in the state as a part of a political campaign.

Addressing a gathering at a rally in Motihari, he said, “During last Lok Sabha elections, promised was made to revive the Motihari sugar mill, but it has not been fulfilled yet.”

Many sugar mills in the state are closed for many years, and now there is a demand to start them.
