Maharashtra:S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3200 to ₹3260/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3280 to 3330/Qntl.
Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were ₹3255 to 3285/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3280 to 3335/Qntl.
Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at ₹3580 to 3620/Qntl.
Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3301 to 3371/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3401 to 3471/Qntl.
Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3375 to 3325/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3425 to 3575/Qntl.

Market Today:
The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $526/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 20.04/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.4570 Crude futures traded at Rs.5952 Crude WTI traded at $78.73 a barrel. Sensex closed 32.02 points higher at 60,718.71 whereas Nifty ended 6.70 points higher at 18,109.45.
