Seohara: Following the complaints raised by the cane farmers about the problems in cane weighing machine, District Cane Officer Yashpal Singh paid a surprise visit to check the cane weighing machines in the sugar mill in Seohara. He checked the weighing machine and found it functioning correctly.
Earlier, the block representatives of Bhartiya Kisan Union met DCO and informed him about the plight of the cane farmers and the problems they are facing regarding the cane calendar. He issued orders to the concerned departments to take immediate action and address the issues before Monday.
