Kichha, Uttarakhand: Kichha sugar mill commenced sugarcane crushing season by performing puja on Sunday. The sugarcane farmers and the cane carrying tractor owners were felicitated on the occasion.
The local political leaders and the mill officials including MLA Rajesh Shukla performed puja in the mill premises.
The mill administration appealed cane farmers to cooperate with them to make the crushing season succesful. They also assured of clearing the cane bills in time.
