The farmers can visit the sugarcane department website and download the E-ganna app by clicking the link, or android users can even directly download it through the play store. By providing all the required information, they can get all the details of their sugarcane.
Farmers can contact the department on toll-free number 1800-121-3203 to seek assistance in case if they face any problems. DCO Dr. RD Dwivedi said that this system would be beneficial for farmers. This process will be transparent.
