Faisalabad, Pakistan: Agricultural scientists have appealed to the sugarcane farmers to start cultivation in September citing that this would increase the bumper production.
According to the media report, a spokesperson from the Agricultural department said that the department has approved the varieties that are more resistant against the diseases and give a good yield.
The official stated that the department has approved varieties of sugarcane that include CPF-243, CPF-247 and others for cultivating in September.
