Piccadily Agro Industries plans to set up ethanol plant in Chhattisgarh

Piccadily Agro Industries is mulling to set up a 210 klpd capacity grain-based distillery unit for ethanol manufacturing at Beltukri in the Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, reports Projects Today.

The plant will be spread over 22.24 acres of land and would include a power generation plant of 6.25 MW.

The company is working to achieve financial closure for the project. The work on the plant is likely to commence by October 2023 and the company is yet to finalize the contractor and machinery supplier.
