Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 110.09 points up at 64,996.60, whereas Nifty concluded 40.25 points higher at 19,306.05.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 365.83 points lower at 64,886.51, whereas Nifty concluded 120.90 points down at 19,265.80.
Top gainers on the Nifty included Power Grid Corporation, Larsen and Toubro, M&M, Cipla and BPCL, while the top losers were Reliance Industries, Hindalco Industries, Adani Enterprises, Nestle India and HCL Technologies.
