Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed, on April 4, 1,335.05 points higher at 60,611.74. Nifty ended 382.95 points higher at 18,053.40.
In the previous season, Sensex closed, on April 1, 708.18 points higher at 59,276.69. Nifty ended 205.70 points higher at 17,670.45.
HDFC Bank, HDFC, Adani Ports, HDFC Life and Kotak Mahindra Bank were among the top Nifty gainers. Infosys, Titan Company and Tata Consumer Products were the top losers.
