Mumbai: The Indian equity benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on 11th June at 174.29 points higher at 52,474.76. Nifty ended 61.60 points high at 15,799.35.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 10th June at 358.83 points lower at 52,300.47. Nifty ended 102.40 points high at 15,737.75.
Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Coal India, Dr Reddy’s Labs and Hindalco were among major gainers, while losers included Axis Bank, SBI Life Insurance, IndusInd Bank, L&T and HDFC Life.
