Equity Indices ended on higher note today. On August 03, Sensex closed 214.17 points higher at 58,350.53. Nifty ended 42.70 points higher at 17,388.15.
In the previous season, on August 2, Sensex closed 20.86 points higher at 58,136.36. Nifty ended 5.40 points higher at 17,345.45.
Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infosys, Asian Paints and Titan Company were among the major gainers on the Nifty. The losers included Maruti Suzuki, Sun Pharma, Tata Motors, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Coal India.
