Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended lower today. Sensex closed on November 18 at 372.32 points lower at 59,636.01. Nifty ended 133.85 points lower at 17,764.80.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on November 17 at 314.04 points lower at 60,008.33. Nifty ended 100.55 points lower at 17,898.65.
SBI, Power Grid Corp, HDFC Bank, IOC and Divis Labs were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, M&M, HCL Technologies and L&T.
