Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex closed on November 8 at 477.99 points higher at 60,545.61. Nifty ended 151.75 points higher at 18,068.55.
Today, equity indices opened in green on Monday with Sensex up by 318.14 points and Nifty up by 86.60 points.
IOC, Titan Company, Bajaj Finserv, UltraTech Cement and Tech Mahindra were among the major Nifty gainers. Losers included IndusInd Bank, Divis Labs, M&M, SBI and Maruti Suzuki.
