Benchmark indices ended marginally lower today. Sensex ended 676.53 points lower at 65,782.78, whereas Nifty concluded 207.00 points down at 19,526.55.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 68.36 points lower at 66,459.31, whereas Nifty concluded 20.25 points down at 19,733.55.
The biggest losers on the Nifty were Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, NTPC and Bajaj Finserv, while gainers were Divis Labs, Nestle India, HUL, Tech Mahindra and Asian Paints.
