Farmers advised to follow natural farming

Budhana: In the congregation of farmers organised by the Bhaisana sugar mill, the experts advised them to follow the natural way of farming, reports Amar Ujala.

The agriculture experts shared their views on following natural ways of farming to increase the yield of crops.

J B Tomar, vice president of the sugar mill, appealed to farmers to reduce the use of chemicals during farming. Sachin Chatur and Prashant Shivgude, experts, who arrived from Maharashtra and Goa explained the ill effects of the chemicals use in farming. They emphasized training farmers to opt for natural farming without the use of chemicals.

Tomar urged farmers to allot some part of their fields to natural farming that will help in keeping balance in the environment.
