Lok Sabha election results will be declared today on 23rd May 2019 and the new government would be in place, which will have major challenges like pending cane arrears in major states like Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

Members of State Sugarcane Growers’ Association and Federation of Farmers’ Associations of the State have decided to stage a demonstration in front of Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru on June 4 to press their demands of payment of dues from sugar factories.

Earlier, the Association had set the deadline to Sugar mills to clear their dues before May 25 or face statewide agitation in front of the office in Bengaluru.
