Pankaj Wadhwa appointed as ISMA’s Deputy Director General

The Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) has appointed Pankaj Wadhwa as the Deputy Director General of the organization.

Pankaj Wadhwa, a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, completed his Masters in Finance & Control from the University of Delhi in 1990. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, showcasing his expertise in financial management.

Wadhwa’s professional journey began with Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited. Over the years, he has held positions in esteemed organizations such as GAIL (India) Ltd, Petronet LNG Ltd, CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, THINK Gas Pvt Ltd, and ONGC Petro additional Ltd in the areas of finance, commercial and business aspects.

Wadhwa’s expertise will be instrumental in addressing the challenges faced by the Indian sugar industry and finding innovative solutions to enhance its overall performance.

In his new role as Deputy Director General, Pankaj Wadhwa will work with the leadership team at ISMA to formulate and implement policies that help the growth and development of the Indian sugar sector.
