Domestic Market

Domestic sugar prices reported to be stable

Sugar prices in the major domestic market are said to be stable following a weak session. Demand is said to be strong at lower price levels, which is supporting spot market prices. Diwali demand is likely to support prices at the beginning of the next week.

In Kolhapur, S-grade sugar costs between Rs. 3,650 and Rs. 3,700 per quintal, while M-grade sugar costs between Rs. 3,950 and Rs. 3,980. According to Agrimandi.live, S grade sugar will trade for between Rs 3,600 and Rs 3,720 in Kolhapur markets over the next two weeks.
